What's the catch?

Why is RaidCall free?
We want every brigade to have it, not only those with a budget for it. Running costs are covered by voluntary donations. Nothing to activate, nothing expires, and we have no card of yours, so nothing can be charged.
Who is behind it?
RaidCall is run by Synaptic s. r. o. from Slovakia. The operator's details are in the page footer, and we answer questions through the form below.
What happens to the members' data?
The data is stored on servers in the European Union and is used only to alert your brigade. We don't sell it, and members' phone numbers are never published.
Do members have to install anything?
No. The alert arrives as a call and a text on any phone. Those with a smartphone can add RaidCall to the home screen and get notifications too.
How long does setup take?
Registration takes two minutes. Then a guide walks you through alert types and adding members — invite them by text or enter them yourself.
Can we stop using it at any time?
Yes, no commitment. If the brigade stops, we delete the account and the data on request — see the Account deletion page in the footer.
